Home Makers SW is made up of a small team. Each member having a particular set of skills which enables the business to operate effectively and with expertise.

Business Lead

Our teams are headed up by an experienced property guy called Jon who specialises in business development and processes. Having experience in all areas of property development including refurbishments and new builds, there’s hardly an area of property that he hasn’t seen or been involved with

Surveyor/Consultant

We have an experienced surveyor/consultant whose working knowledge of home improvements is second-to-none. From kitchen makeovers to home extensions, he has done it.

Installations Team

Our installations team has been fitting kitchens, bathrooms, conservatories and home extensions for over 15 years. Needless to say what they haven’t done is not worth mentioning.

Maintenance Team

We provide preventative maintenance services to home owners via our maintenance team. This team is made of electricians, plumbers and general maintenance people.

In addition, we have great relationships with specialist service providers such as roofing companies, specialist electrical, CCTV and door entry systems and much more

Administration

A small but efficient team operate in the background to ensure all T’s are crossed and all I’s are dotted.

Kitchens

Our Typical service provides a makeover to an area in your home. For instance, a kitchen makeover might comprise of new cupboard doors and worktops, a new floor and splashbacks, leaving the cupboard carcasses in place. This is a cost-effective alternative to a fully renovated kitchen. 

Bathrooms

We also carry out similar work in bathrooms. A common request we get is to remove a bathtub and replace with a shower unit.

Media Walls

Media walls are become popular in 2025. This is where you have a built-in section on a chimney breast for instance. In that section will be a customised space for a TV, soft-close drawers and shelves for other media units such as DVD players, amplifiers and games consoles.

Conservatory Upgrades

We also provide conservatory upgrades. Do you have a glass conservatory? We can convert this to become part of the house, rendered or clad walls to fit in with your home.
